We will meet a few weeks before the event to review the essential details of the organisation and create a comprehensive function schedule to share with suppliers, which at this stage would have already been booked by you. We will liaise with them to ensure all is in order for the day. This includes visiting the venue as well.
On the day we arrive on site in advance to check the set up and oversee suppliers prior to the first guest’s appearance. Then, with the dedicated attention to detail that is our speciality, we manage every aspect of the day from behind the scene, to make sure it flows as perfectly as you planned. You can rest confident that issues that may arise will be dealt with professionally allowing you to make the most of your day.
