Our private events concept helps individuals and families plan and design their special parties: birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, christenings or other family gatherings. We have an exclusive boutique style and entirely bespoke approach. We will work with you to understand your aims and putting together our passion, expertise and creativity we will produce a fabulous event to meet your wishes and budget.
Our services include finding the perfect venue, advising and developing a theme unique to you and sourcing top class partners to fulfil the objectives and bring your dream to life. However, this is your party. If you already have ideas we will take them on board and will help with the planning and logistics. We will meticulously coordinate every detail to ensure they reflect your vision and we will undertake the admin tasks on your behalf.
You will just have to entertain your guests and enjoy the party with them, confident that it will run seamlessly and will give amazing long-lasting memories.
For your private events we can offer:
- A full planning and coordination service including on-site management on the day.
- An ‘A la carte’ service where you pick and chose the help you need from us) i.e. finding the venue, sourcing one or more suppliers, advising on style and design
- ‘On the day’ management service to support you during the party if you have made all the arrangements yourself, and just want to enjoy the time without the burden of the logistics.
